1.Purpose of the privacy policy

1.1 The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide those data subjects whose personal data Aktiva Finance Group OÜ (Aktiva Finance Group) processes in its daily activities with information about what kind of personal data, how and for what purpose Aktiva Finance Group processes it and what the data subject’s rights are in relation to the processing of their personal data.

1.2 The disclosure of the privacy policy fulfills Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“data protection general regulation”) of the obligation to notify arising from Article 13.

3. Purposes and legal bases of personal data processing

3.1 We process the data subject’s data when the person contacts Aktiva Finance Group via the contact form. If the contact form is filled in and sent by the data subject, an e-mail will be generated from it to Aktiva Finance Group. Aktiva Finance Group processes the data subject’s data to respond to the data subject’s request.

3.2 Aktiva Finance Group processes the name and e-mail address provided by the data subject via the contact form at www.aktivafinance.eu.

3.3 Aktiva Finance Group has the right and legal obligation to store data provided to Aktiva Finance Group by the data subject. The data is stored for a maximum of seven years, including for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, from the time the data is transmitted by the data subject.

4. Data protection request of the data subject

4.1 To fulfill the data subject’s data protection request, Aktiva Finance Group undertakes to identify the data subject’s identity. The data subject’s request will be answered within one month at the latest. The data subject’s request and related correspondence will be stored for up to seven years from the date of fulfillment of the data protection requirement or its justified refusal.

5. Rights of the data subject

5.1 Under the GDPR, individuals have the right to access their personal data and receive a copy thereof, the right to request that their personal data be transmitted to another data controller, the right to request that their personal data be erased, rectified, or supplemented the right to request the restriction of the processing of their personal data, and the right to object to the processing of their personal data. These data protection rights are not unlimited, and for each request, Aktiva Finance Group must assess whether and to what extent data protection legislation allows the request to be fulfilled.
