The financial supervisory authorities have issued the following operating licenses to Aktiva Finance Group companies, which grant the right to provide account information services, initiate payments, offer money transfer services and many more.
Holds an activity license no. 4.1-1/170 since 17.12.2018. Under this license the company is authorized to provide account information services, the service is used by banks and credit providers in their credit decision-making process. The service is also provided in the Republics of Latvia and Lithuania, in accordance with Estonian Financial Supervision Authority issued license no. 4.1-1/101 on 08.07.2019. The service is provided on the platform Accountscoring.com.
Holds an activity license no. 4.1-1/100 since 06.07.2020. Under this license, the company is authorized to provide payment initiation services, in addition on 02.05.2022 the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority authorized the company to provide account information services, license no. 4.1-1/66. The services are also provided in the Republics of Latvia and Lithuania. For this purpose, the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority has issued license no. 4.1-1/118 on 06.09.2021. The service is provided on the platform Tarkpay.com.
Holds a license from the Bank of Lithuania no. 03-91 since 19.05.2011. Under this license, the company is authorized to provide money transfer services. Additionally, it holds a license issued by the Bank of Lithuania no. 03-183, issued on 07.12.2023, for the issuance of payment instruments and/or acceptance of payments.
Provides extrajudicial debt collection services under license no. PA-2022-2, issued on 01.05.2022, valid until 30.04.2025 by the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of the Republic of Latvia. The license is renewed every three years.
Holds a financial supervision license issued by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority, which recognizes the license issued by the Bank of Lithuania to UAB “Viena sąskaita.” Under this license, the company is authorized to provide money remittance services.
Holds a financial supervision license no. 4.1-1/110 since 07.08.2017. Under this license, the company is authorized to provide credit intermediation services.
